Azaleas

Re: Azaleas

I know that this was posted a long time ago, and your Azalea has either thrived or kicked the bucket....but if you still visit this site...... I had no idea that you have Azaleas in Australia!! I live in South Carolina, USA..and they simply thrive here! Azaleas are shallow-rooted plants and usually only go into distress from lack of water..especially in the summer and when first planted. They are, as someone mentioned, also acid-loving plants. If you still frequent this site...would you tell me what other plants grow there in Australia? lyn@ftc-i.net Thanks!
